How push notifications work in the app

There is no option to turn on notifications manually. This was an oversight to how the app was created.

The way notifications get turned on is by the listener browsing the app a little bit. After the listener has a chance to use the app, a popup opens to ask if they'd like to receive push notifications.

The reasons for the delay is to give someone a chance to use the app before asking them to get push notification. The reasoning is that someone who hasn't used the app would be unlikely to accept push VS. someone who had time to explore a little first.

If you said no to the initial push notification, there isn't an option to have it ask you again. I didn't add an option to manually turn this on.
