Hey there, I'm someone who deals with IBS and I get the frustration. The key is to figure out what foods trigger your IBS. There's a really good chance it's one of the FODMAP carbs. I recommend doing an elimination diet, getting the Monash FODMAP app and going to and reading the FAQ.

For me, I have issues with garlic, onions and winter squash. Since cutting those out I hardly ever have intestinal issues.
