Interesting that the words start with the same letters in both languages.
But that doesn't mean they they have a similar meaning. Keith's grandfather was probably drunk when he saw them.

Further examples:

Brother isnt the same as brothel.
A fella doesn't necessarily do fallatio.
Someone named Killian doesn't necessarily kill people.
