You can't just come back from this without the apology ... "I am sorry for what I am to be sorry for and how I have acted. I am seeking mental health care for my issues and regret that I treated you poorly during my recent breakdown."
I hope she gets help. Putting everyone in this very uncomfortable situation is not fair and is abusing the kindness and accessibility offered to their fans.
