NYC based performer, bike-messenger, debatable Hawaiian, reluctant straight-white-male and proud husband of The Girl navigates his physical and mental transition with his closest male friends.

Scott Thomas, Henny, and the boys stay chillin’ in the backyard, brah.

Ron Winckler says “Hello!” but time after time before that, he said “Goodbye” to his youngest son. (His son meaning me. Hennessy. I’m writing this in the 3rd person.)

Scott gets kind of morbid. There’s some death talk but it gets turned around pretty quickly.

Hennessy admits that although being born female has made him a better man in many ways, it’s also made him a worse one.

Scott and the rest of the backyard boys agree to answer Henny’s call-to-arms in helping guide him through becoming a visible man.
