Carmen and Kyle sound like they've been doing this podcast for years already. They're so natural together, and are both hilarious. I've known for years that Carmen was super funny, but I'm glad Kyle has another platform to show off her quick wit, too. I also learned she is, like me, from Cleveland (where I still live). Kyle, if you see this, which suburb are you from, or did you grow up in the city? Anyway, I've enjoyed all the Flavor shows a lot, but this is truly one of my favorites. I found Dr. Dahl really interesting in this episode. Great guest on a great show! Thanks for the superior content.

This episode did wonders to rehabilitate the reputation of New York commission fight docs after the debacle last weekend during the BMF title bout.
