I have to say that Marty wasn't the worse guest based a lot on the fact that Keith and Chemda made the episode a great listen. Sure it took almost an hour to try to even get Marty to open up a bit but thats the awesome interview skills of Keith and Chemda.

I think Marty's issue was he didn't realize how 'big' KATG was (didn't know that there were two books etc.. etc..) and how good of an interviewer Keith was, I mean he even compared Keith to Howard Stern, and I don't think it was in a patronizing way. (Most likely the reason he didn't listen to an episode is that he just went into iTunes or wherever and found whatever top listed comedy podcast there was, and just sent some emails around.) By no means am I defending him, I think he's an idiot for not find out what kind of show he is going on, but perhaps an "explanation" into what happened is all.

I'm a big Howard fan, and love listening to Keith because I see those parallels when Keith does interviews being able to ask a question in a way to get a person to answer it even when they don't want to. Marty was non-responsive in any type of questioning but Keith was still able to get something out of him to make it an enjoyable show.

Great episode.

It's not the guest who makes Keith and Chemda look the worst. That'd be a stupid category. Of course they turned it into something. Doesn't make him not a terrible guest.

I know what you are saying, I was just trying to say that a 'horrible guest' can really bring the show down, to a point where it might not be able to recover

Alright just from listening to the last episode, I guess Keith and Chemda's interview just overhsadowed the douche-ness of Marty.... it's sad that guests just don't take the show seriously...

He clearly stated worst guest in his first line. On another note how are you calling someone out for not reading when you can't write it? Learn the difference between "your", "you're", "were" and "we're".

I rarely comment on anything on the internet, but...
Marty is the worst guest so far in my opinion.
Marty seemed to be expecting another hum drum run of the mill interview. Why the fuck would anyone want to hear an interview where someone eats his ass for an hour and call it honey?
Keith and chemda were absolute professionals in the interview, Marty seemed to be the rank amateur, slipping "shocking" tid bits here and there and waiting for a shock reaction... He came across as a dull, reserved, twat.
Keith and Chemda were very respectfuland professional, but i lost all interest and paitence in Marty very quickly, and I found myself just enjoying the efforts of Keith and Chemda in keeping it going successfully.
