I didn't find it awkward, both were laughing. What WAS awkward IMHO, was Rev Jen. She was clearly more out of it then normal, kudos to Keith and Chemda to bringing her in and helping her along.

I found it very awkward too. It was like pulling teeth. I know I loved her before, on the show, but maybe it was Faceboy's influence. My loyal listener's heart is broken because I feel like I should love her no matter what. Peter's phone conversation was just the cherry on top of a very awkward cake.

Everything you said. So much for the science of the poll. I think from now on I'm shutting the fuck up and just watching porn. Or perhaps "She's Crushed". Now I just feel like an asshole.

Crowdfunding works because it's based on The Crowd. The clue is right there in the name. If Spike Lee has earned a large crowd he gets large Funds. I love Rev Jen and wish she'd gotten her cash money to do her movie but if she didn't make enough it's because she didn't put in enough work to make people want to shell out for her. The fact that even Chemda didn't know about it speaks volumes. And Jen not being bitter about it only made me love her more.
We supported the KATG Kickstarter because KATG had done the work to prove their value and promote their project. It's how the world is supposed to work. And by "the world" I mean U! S! A! U! S! A! U! S! A! |

Also, Keet - I think you misunderstood my point. Either that or I didn't make it worth two fucks. I was trying to say that I saw those posts on Facebook and it just made me ponder it. I always ponder things like that and try to see both sides. If you're spiritual (which is something different than religious to me), you probably believe everything happens for a reason. If you aren't, it's just random events. That's all. I don't consider myself religious, but I do consider myself very spiritual. I suppose I consider myself a "strong agnostic", which literally is Quote:

I can totally understand how Peter missed the wedding. Placing your child's shitty drawing on the fridge for Father's Day with magnets; sure does take some time and doing.
Also, it's absolutely criminal that a gifted female author who writes and loves books is fired after 12 years...from a God-damn-fucking bookstore. I hope her ex-boss' first-born child chokes on a troll doll. |
