this is an extremely long way of saying you knew she didn't want to talk about the wife more than she had elsewhere and you asked because you wanted to. You can just say that. It's cool.

Chemda's interview skills were on full display at the end. It was really beautiful how they connected and tried to bring Julia some understanding of Keith and the show she got into.

I have not been on the forum in ages but listened to the podcast this morning. Deserves a KATGuh for worst guest ever. Open book my arse. And the background noise or squeeky chair?! What the hell. I almost thought Keith was qutting the interweb on purpose just to yell at the screen.

I reluctantly voted "yes" because it bothered the guest, and trans people have to put up with a lot of uncomfortable situations. I respect that.

However, I only have so much sympathy for guests that don't care to do any prep, don't care about audio, and refuse to answer (non-biological) questions while claiming to be "an open book". She clearly didn't give a shit about what was going on. You can't treat a KATG episode like a plug for a film as if you're a guest on a network late night show. It's a long form, in depth audio-only interview, not a quick press junket stop. Her attitude was "Let me just get through this ad, whatever" the whole time.

Listening to Last Week episode 150 and at 13:28, Rod starts going off about guest Mathew Klickstein not prepping for the show and Keith's comment "Why wouldn't you listen to at least one episode, you have NO CONCERN these people are gonna do you wrong?!" is a BRILLIANT foreshadowing to the trainwreck that was Julia Scotti.
THE NERVE of her publicist sending that email, SHE should be fired for not doing HER homework and listening AS WELL.

I still see it in a different way. She is very much in guard and I can only imagine what she had to endure in the past.
Of course. Listen to the show, potential guest.
But also, Keith lost his connection and Chemda did a great job connecting with her.
When Keith came back, his question seemed especially hard.
I obviously like Keith a lot and know that he has a good heart.

As far as I know, talking about their genitalia is a no Go for some trans people.
