When the ER doesn't put the effort in to really diagnosing you, they're basically putting a bandaid (painkillers) on it, sending you on your way and telling you to follow up with your primary care physician. Essentially, they make sure you can walk out the door to make you someone else's problem.

So, yeah, you're gonna have to follow up with your PCP and get mad - advocate for yourself as hard as you can because literally no one will give a shit about you if you are agreeable or easy-going. Fuckers.

So all of that from Keith was...a muscle cramp? Yikes, mate. Getting that old must be tough. It wasn't a tear/strain because those don't just heal because they were streched.
