I'm so sorry Chemda got this round of COVID. It is awful. I've spent 3 years carefully avoiding it due to having lupus, but somehow I got it anyway at the end of June. My doctor sent me to the hospital because my lupus was making my kidneys shut down. I spent several days in the ICU before I could go home and am only now starting to feel close to normal again. As bad as it was, I think if I had gotten COVID before vaccines were available, I'd have fared much worse. I still don't know how I caught it. I had only gone through a drive through and did a contactless grocery pick up that week, so I think it might have been in the elevator or hallway of my apartment building. Stay safe out there folks, especially if your immune system sucks.
