Keith, you probably were too old when you saw St Elmo's Fire. I'm not sure if I saw it in a theater, but it can't have been any later than my early twenties. I don't remember the story. I don't remember if I liked it or not, but I feel like it fit in with the other movies of the time. I mostly remember some songs, some actors, and the scene with the flaming hair spray.

I can’t imagine a time when St. Elmo’s Fire was cool. I don’t mean times change and things used to be more rapey. It’s full on nuts.

Keith and Carrie's St. Elmo's Fire Movie review sounded to me like Saturday Night Fever review. Two thumbs down, slice of life, with a rape and maybe somebody is hot in it for a minute... don't waste your time. 2hours Keith and Carrie just saved me. Thank You
