I like this series so far. And I agree with this quote. The changing your thinking from negative to gratitude is a part of cognitive behavioral therapy so what she is saying has some science behind it.

It really changed my attitude. A minute is such a short and long time. I love it.

It also helps you appreciate time more.

Chemda, this show is so great!

Your voice and delivery is so calming and reassuring. I could totally listen to a guided meditation you did. I just started my gratitudes and it changes my mood so quickly.

I got in the habit of doing gratitudes a few years ago when Chemda first started talking about them. I do them in the shower every morning. They really help with my shitty old chronic headaches and migraines.

Thanks Chemda, I'm looking forward to developing some more new habits that improve my life!
