Newsy!! I get that itchy thing too!! OMG it’s the WORST! if I run consistently it stops happening. If I stop running like a couple times a week and start again after a while, it happens. Omg I hate it so much. I tried bringing it up to my fitness group and everyone thought it was so weird, but it’s A THING!!!

I wish so bad that I could be a jogging person, but my body rejects it. I can bike for distances, and even rollerblade if the ground is smooth enough. Someone suggested it might have to do with the amount of wheat in ones blood at the time of exercise - maybe some kind of intolerance? I’m not willing to find out!

My skin itches so freaking bad when I vigorously exercise too. It is the worst feeling.
