FANTASY METAL (it's often confused with pure power metal and melodic metal)

Why yes I am a metal head.
I work out to Anthrax. I guess it helps they are my favorite band.
Anyone listened to Brian Posehn's - Fart & Wiener Jokes? It's worth it just for the cover of Kenny Rogers "The Gambler." Also I've got Hellyeah and Soilwork gigs coming up in Melbourne in the next few months. Fuck yeah for metal. Last edited by Subsonix; 07-20-2010 at 10:14 PM. |

The new Ion Dissonance is the closest thing to the sound of a mental breakdown i've heard since Meshuggah's "Chaosphere".
Listening to this one quite a bit too: These fellas are the new Pete Tagtren protegées. Not groundbreaking but interesting |
