Thats such crap if its a manufacturer fuck up thats effecting a large portion of the 360's it should be recalled but hell what do you expect from Microsoft. The king of Service patches.

the older Xbox had power supply prob too. thay did nothing to fix.

It might be good to invest in a cooler. I have this one:

Inter cooler

Works pretty good too and it runs on it's own power supply.

What i have heard is that if you use a intercooler ( any cooling device not made by microsoft) voids your warrenty. Another thing that I have heard is not to plug your 360 into a surge protector. This somehow affects your 360.

When I called for my problems they didn't say that it voids the warranty, but they told me not to use either one. Which why would anyone make any electronic that can't plug into a surge protector. I guess you only get to plug in your tv and Xbox.

True. But they'd probably have a hard time proving I had one...... unless they're on the forums...... in that case I don;t have one... heh heh.... heh
