Back shows disappeared from iTunes WTF?

I've been going through the back catalog as I work as a finish carpenter. The episodes keep me entertained and make the day fly by. Also it allows me to ignore the annoying motherfuckin' painter. When I went to download the second half of the 500's though, iTunes is only listing the most recent 300 shows. I know I can get them one by one on the site, but it loads in my ipod as a song and all in a fucked up sequence. Am I hosed on this one or is there a trick I'm missing to iTunes? I've tried updates and refreshing.
