Nice, it's always awesome when you hit the little goals. I've still got a lot to go to hit my long term goal, but my next short term goal is only 4 pounds away. |

I had always peaked at 215-220. Never did much exercise or anything. Partied a lot and ate a lot of ice cream for breakfast, etc.
One day I woke up and I was 225 and felt like shit. My goal was to break 200. I took the last 8 weeks off to go back to school so I danced along the precipice of 200-205. I finally broke through 200 though. 199.4 The long term goal is 190. I've always been short and stout, good wrestling/football build so I don't want to lose too much. |

I set three goals for myself this month.
1: max out bench press on my machine 240 lbs, which I did the other night. 2: break 200 and keep it off. So far, so good. 3: jog 100 miles this month. Which you may have over heard me talking to campers about. 26/100. |
