My gin Popsicle recipe:

1 1/2 cup pineapple
1 1/4 cup water
Juice of 2 limes
1/4 cup sugar
1 tbs vanilla extract
1/2 cup gin
2 cups tonic

Blended all except tonic. Then added the tonic. It worked out to be perfect for 4 ice trys.
