I've cut white carbs after breakfast. So no bread, pasta, rice, grains or potatoes. It makes for VERY creative cooking. THis week I have a roasted red pepper and eggplant lasagna, Pork tenderloin with apple, carrot salad (Carbs but of the Veggie variety) Chicken soup with carrots instead of noodles, Stuffed peppers and chicken pot pie, without the pie part.
You know...it's very tricky to cut those starches, no sandwiches, no pasta dinners, no potatoes with your meat. It's harder then I thought. I am eating shit like spaghetti squash, roasted cauliflower and hummus, greek yogurt dill dip and cottage cheese. Anyway, enough food talk..unless, of course, you have suggestions. I am defo taking suggestions!! 1980 |
