My bank sent me a notice for back up with holding. Someone, somewhere thinks they aren't getting my money.
They said they'd start taxing me on my assets by December 13th. Prior to December 13th they already started removing money against my will. So I called the bank. They said they have no idea. Went to a different branch. They said fill out form W9 to verify my identity. Nothing. Called the branch HQ. Got a real nasty lady. She said call Social Security Admistrations. I did. Hour and a half on hold. They said no problem. Called the cunt back. She said she can't do anything because the IRS initiates the B notice (back holding). Spent 2 hours on hold with the IRS. They said there are no flags and the notion of back holding is silly because I've been issued a refund the last 7 years. He even had his supervisor come look for red flags. Nothing. And he adds they did not generate a B notice against me. I ask the dude if he can call the bank and tell them. He's not authorized to contact "the institution". Called the cunt box back. She said she'd call me at lunch. Called her at 3pm and left a voice mail why I hadn't heard from her. 5 minutes after a lovely hot box from my local branch called me and actually tried to clear it up. Cunty was less than forthcoming with whatever document the IRS sent her. So the bank says it's not their fault. IRS says it's not their fault. I'm out $1.15 USD. No one is helpful. |
