the big ones are ugly, but the ones you have to watch out for are the smaller, deadly ones. I walked through a fucking spider web the other day - it was very thick & strong and that's when you know you've walked through something spun by a nasty bastard.

it was running from the side fence to the house (about 1.5m). I found where the cunt's main web was and sprayed the fuck out of it. A black bastard dropped out and eventually died. If you touch your middle finger to your thumb, that's about the size of him, but the cunt was jet black. very nasty.

Redbacks are pretty common too. small, black, with a brilliant red stripe on their arse. you have to be really careful lifting up bits of wood, or sticking your hand into the mailbox etc.
