Download it, and you're obscured from tracking, prying eyes. They can track you if they really, really want to, but it takes some very srs (i.e. NSA) level hardware & access.

You can also use it as a free proxy if you need to appear as if you're in another country. You can set your jump off point to be in the UK or US, and then access websites with geo-restrictions.
