Foreigners, natives... but not women. If my wife gets sentenced to caning, they give it to me instead!
Leaving here soon anyway, headed to the balmy grey skies of London. Should have a better assortment of freaky shit there. |

Interesting. I know Singapore likes to cane graffiti offenders. As big a fan as I am of art and Banksy; there is just so much shitty spray paint in the States...it drives ya mad.
London sounds fun. Never been. Speaking of Banksy, find some of his street art and sell it on eBay. I hear that's the thing to do. Would you recommend Singapore as a travel spot? Name 3 cool things about it. Name one deterrent. |

It's a great travel spot.
Three pluses: 1. Great food, from $3 to $300 -- your choice. 2. Mix of old colonial and very modern architecture and ways of life. 3. Speaks English, very clean and safe. One minus: 1. Hot and sticky all the time. Like three showers a day sweaty. One other plus -- close to Thailand and Bali if you want to combine trips. |

Sounds great except for that hot and muggy. OMG. Hate humidity! Such a weird sensation. Being hot and wet, simultaneously, all the times.
That's one great thing about the mountains of Montana. Never gets too hot. Mountain air is always delicious. Can't get Thai food to save your life, but the rivers and trails are nice ![]() |
