i've been strokin it hard to Lisa Loeb this whole time

so,
on 3/12 i got call from my sister
my 93 yr mom was in the hospital
i hung up and made my flight, one way, to Sacto, CA
she came home Saturday, very weak. she had been living alone which was not ideal
from then on i have been her 24/7 caregiver
she uses a commode by her bed now
i had a baby monitor on so i could hear her
i had to get up, help her up, drop her drawers sit, help her back in bed, empty the pot, go back to bed
her home is lovely and bright, small with a guest room and a master
by week's end she was better and the baby monitor was off
(as i'm writing this i am on the phone an engineer at work, walking him thru some changes to a product)
Saturday and Sunday we assembled her taxes, she could not have done it herself
we had her meeting today and the accountant was pleased
now, i have to figure out wtf i'm gonna do. i can't stay her but she needs care but she is very sharp and particular
if you have advice you can PM me but, really, just back the fuck off
so i was sleep deprived and scared
but she's better and we're gonna work this out
