Troop cuts in Iraq begin in September

Iraq has a military of 250,000 taking over duties in many regions of the country. U.S. presence is 127,000 and the duties are being turned over to the Iraqi Army at a pretty good clip. I'm trying to get a good count of how many FOB's have been turned over to the Iraqi Army.
