After much digging I've learned that a specific item I would like to purchase is only available at select Macy's locations and not online, with Herald Square the likely candidate. If anyone lives in that area and could help me out please send me a PM, I'll send you the details, a picture and we'll sort something out. I will, of course, compensate you for your help.

Even if it isn't available online you can call the store itself and special order...try shopping services Our Stores - Shopping Services - Macy's or customer service 212-695-4400 as a dept..if it's a vendor that rents space in the store (Cosmetics, luxury handbags etc) ask for them directly...
