Can I request a house to be graffitied?

There's a house near me that's old and stupid and a total eyesore. I think it would look much cooler with graffiti. I don't know or have anything against the people living there.

Surrounding area is pretty residential, I don't see many cops around (don't remember seeing any in fact).

Is there a group of graffiti artists that needs a canvas? Pic not available because of Astigos.

people live there? i can't get behind painting up a residential building. stick it to the man, sure, but this is someone's home.

find an artist. go find who owns the building. and ask first.
