Coffee, Diet Coke and Alcohol
WTF is with all the people joining in on the bet and giving up all these things, supposedly permanently? If they gave up sex would you join in on that too?
Crikey, I'm hopped up on Aspartame, Caffeine or Alcohol 24/7. And I'm HAPPY! I ain't givin' up shit. |

Besides that, what kind of douche are you that can actually find a way to bitch about people trying to better themselves. |

I'm all for bettering one's self. If giving up alcohol, caffeine and aspartame achieved that I'd be all for it! I recommend giving up excess transfat and too much info-tainment and religion. Hope that passes your douche/bitch test.... ![]() |

Nobody cares what you recommend giving up to better themselves. Bettering oneself is a personal battle, sometimes it may take a little motivation from outside sources, but nobody can tell you what will help you the most. People aren't giving up just alcohol, caffeine, aspartame, etc. they are choosing many different vices. I just hope that I'm never as jaded you apparently are. No shit. It's in everything, things that don't even need sugar. But I did it. Lost 30 lbs. (Except I did NOT give up alcohol, so technically I suppose I didn't really give up sugar.) After a year I've let a little sugar back into my diet, but not a lot. So far it hasn't been difficult to keep the weight off.
