I work for a Fortune 100 company that fired a VP for making sexist comments to one of his direct reports. Both parties were heterosexual and Caucasian we are not worth a lawsuit to our employers.

What a load of fucking bullshit (apart from the bit about me needing to get over myself - can't fucking argue that ). Yes, it irks me that, because of the colour of my skin, I can't say a certain word. I haven't fucking oppressed anyone.
