Cooking

So I've been cooking daily for about a year now, but so far its been basic dishes that take 30mins tops to prepare, but now i really wanna get into cooking so does anyone have any suggestions on websites that are good for learning to cook a little more complicated stuff? book recommendations would be awesome too, even actual recipes, thanks

Jamie Oliver, in book form or on jamie oliver - official site for recipes, books, tv and restaurants. His recipes range from super easy, to high class dining, and cover a large range of cultures.
