Dante Nero on This American Life
 

I havent seen it mentioned, but this weeks episode of This American Life featured Dante Nero. Apparently he accidently became the pope of a white supremacy group (ok that is slightly exaggerated).

Has anyone else heard this episode? Thoughts?

I heard it yesterday and it really sounded like Dante was trying to distance. the dude that the host was interviewing at the end was seriously off his nut.

I swear Keith referenced the Proud Boys tattoo on the last episode with Dante as well. I didn't think anything of it at the time.

That was the problem This American Life was bringing up. The movement morphed into a white supremecy after Dante started it. that is why he was disassociating himself.

I heard the episode, I was like OOOOOH I CANT WAIT TO POST ABOUT THIS ON KATG!!!! And then I forgot. He said he wants to get the tat removed.

Ya see, this is EXACTLY why I'll never tattoo my daughters name on my body. Because I never know for sure when she'll join Isis or start raping hamsters.
