in my defense, it is 'never' to being drunk while on the forums. the other one is about not ever drinking.

Good question.

I'm British, so it sort of goes with the terrority. I'm English/Welsh/Irish, with a fine tradition of drunkenness going back generations, but it's the Scots who are the real pishheads. Buckfast Tonic Wine for breakfast. Tennents Super for lunch.
