Because:
1- I like Shakespeare
2- I like Patrick Stewart
3- I wanna see this movie.

I'm not really positive, but from my understanding it's a modern revision of the Macbeth story, so you won't see 17th century Scottish costumes and things like that. Also I think it has Russian imagery in it? Not sure....anyway, have fun.

Just started watching the movie, and I'm really pleased with the dark/eerie/horror-movie imagery revolving around the witches.

Goddammit somehow I was in this thread and missed my own name. I think I have downs. Anyway, Macbeth is a fitting punishment for me. Added to my queue.

watching dogtooth, halfway thru, cant seem to get interested.. its not the subs, im fine with that... overall weird so far, meandering. does it tie together at the end?

I would guess that if you didn't get interested in the first half, you probably won't be like it by the end.

I thought it was funny that it seemed the club became less united the more we chose foreign and "strange" films...but I didn't expect that nobody at all would watch something cause it's Shakespeare.

O brave new world that has such people in it!
