are there any other KATG fans that are also anglers. my passion in life is to spend around 150 days on the water. i mainly target bass, pike and trout on open waters. thru the ice it's lakers and perch (best tasting fish).

here's a pic of me and a friend, from my first redfish outing in FL, two weeks ago. 26 inch 8 1/2 pds, great fighting fish took 15 min to boat it, they really bow up the pole. if ever in daytona beach area, hook up with guide mike mann. I enjoyed my share of fishing as a kid. Some of it in the lakes and streams of the Carolinas and some in the Gulf Stream off Hatteras. My youngest daughter just got interested and got her first rod&reel for her 9th birthday. I'm looking forward to taking her fishing here in New Hampshire this year.

if you don't know good places to fish, ask the guys at your local baitshop. talk to other anglers, they'll tell good spots and if your lucky they might even tell you their honey hole.

here's a pic of a 6pd large mouth bass my buddy caught saturday(4/10/10), only fish caught that day. it was only 45 degrees out, we were the only ones on the lake.
