From what it sounds like, any broadcaster who choses to run ads in their control panel. I don't know for sure - I doubt anyone would want to watch me play Farmville 2.

No, I've broadcasted before and have never been given opportunity to, or have ever found the ability to show ads.

Pretty sure partnership is the only way to monetize.

You may be right, I haven't tried monetizing without being a partner. Either way he should try it since he plays games anyway.

I'll agree. Any comedian that plays games should do it as well imo.

Just use Open Broadcast Software. It's free and open source.
Open Broadcaster Software

This is only for PC games. If he wants to stream consoles he'll have to buy a capture card.

I find the idea of naked men wanting to watch a large bald white guy play vidya games perfectly normal.
