Regarding the charges they are talking about now, however ...

"Remember, 10 years ago if they had made the damn pipe bombs, they would have been charged with manufacturing an explosive device without an FFL to do so. 15 years. Now, they didn't even make the devices, and people who were not even directly involved are being charged with things that carry a life sentence.

Now we are calling IEDs "weapons of mass destruction"? Apparently Iraq DID have WMDs"
