As for AIDS, I suppose that depends on the vampire's condition. If all they do is drink the blood, you can't spread AIDS by kissing and stomach acid would kill it anyway. If their fangs are hollow, which considering they have some sort of venom they might be, that might allow infection.

As far as HIV infection goes, you also need to consider which style of vampire you are talking about. Is it the style with retractable fangs that only come out when they are about to bite or are they the more permanent style that are always visible?
