How Did You Discover KATG?

I think I might have actually first heard of them through dawn and drew, didn't take long to pick which side i was on. Although I can't be sure that I didn't find them on a podcast listing first though.. my memory is pretty hazy.

I was just browsing on the web one day for random podcasts to listen to. Keith and the Girl kept coming up so I downloaded and haven't missed an episode since.

I use to be a listener of Mugglecast.. and one week they were talking about podcast alley, and they were talking about how they wanted to reach the top. And the mainhost Andrew was talking about who was ahead of them. And low a behold, it was Keith and the girl. With very good reason they were head. I Believe he said something along the lines of "Who are these keith and the girl people? Lets beat 'em!" kinda thing.

I dont quite like mugglecast anymore because I feel like its sort of run its course.. but I can thank them for the KATG shoutout.

Adam Motherfuckin' Curry

Listened to Dawn and Drew for a bit, and subsequently downloaded like 3 Adam Curry podcasts. I popped one on before going to bed, and heard the "Jerk It Out" promo. I remembered to write down KATG before falling asleep, and downloaded a bunch of shows in the morning.

That was early July, 2005. Caught up with every back episode over the summer, and have been loving KATG ever since.

Dawn and Drew and Adam Curry? Not so much.

Another one who came to KATG via Adam Curry. I was a little further down the line, and heard him playing Keith's rant about the podshow contract. Had a look for new podcasts a few months later, remembered the rant, and decided to give it a go, never looked back.

I vaguely remember reading a post on another fourm with loads of recommedations of podcasts, KATG being one of them. I think I downloaded most of them, but KATG is the only one that really stuck.

I was a decent Harry Potter fan when I was 15 and I used to listen to the podcast called Mugglecast. Mugglecast was always talking shit about Keith and the Girl and how KATG was beating them on Podcast Alley.
That got me interested in KATG and it's been three years since I first tuned in. I stopped listening to Mugglecast after book 7 was released.
