How do i kick out my roommate?

I need to get this crazy C U Next Tuesday the fuck out of my house.

She lies, consistently steals any alcohol i leave in the fridge, and I have recently discovered needles, burnt tin foil, and short straws in her room.

We have gotten into many fights recently where she writes me rambling 4 page letters that are off-base attacks on my personal character, rather than the shit we are actually fighting about (usually, it's her stealing from me or being a general mooch that provokes the fights)

She has no job, no money, and nothing to lose, so I am hesitant to start an all-out war with her. I don't need the added stress of constantly worrying if all of my shit is getting broken or stolen.

I am contemplating telling the landlord I have found the drug paraphernalia and changing the locks, but I'm not sure how that will play out.

I have been wanting her to move out for 2 months now, and she says she can't afford it, so she won't do it.

Any serious input is appreciated.

I like the idea of you telling the landlord. I don't think you have anything to lose with doing that. Is she the type to hold grudges and get back at people?
