ok, I may have gotten carried away a bit. But the point is, if you keep her in the loop about what you're doing, you're giving her time to think. If she's really doing drugs w/o a job or prospects, then she has nothing to lose. Time to think + nothing to lose = bad stuff for you.

You already said she has a stealing aspect with her. If she is using and no job nor money, she could get worse and seriously selling or stealing your stuff too.

If she was diabetic, she'd have a sharps container issued from the doctor, and while yes, it's all confidential, the story sounds sketchy.

Take care of yourself Jesi, and talk to the landlord, maybe you can at least be added to the lease. That way, if he terminates the lease without you on it, he is not obligated to keep you in the unit.

i just talked to the landlord. I can't force her out, unfortunately.

I didn't mention the drugs, but I did say I do not trust her and there is a bad situation going on right now.

He said we have to work it out amongst ourselves.. meh.

sucks cuz she is crazy and completely unreasonable.

honestly though ask the landlord if you can break yur lease or when is it up? If she is usin the the bad kind of drugz its full on grounds fer her to be evicted.
