I remember seeing a show on tv a while back where a Scientist hypothesized that some of the sperm may actually be working together. While most sperm is normal, some are just a bit retarded, crooked tails and they can't swim strait kind if things. This guy saw these sperms as 'blockers' much like the lineman on a football team.
