Yay. You're caught in a cycle of craving attention and hating yourself for it, and you equate asking for help with being an attention whore. I'm the same way. It sucks, and I have no answers for you, but I guess try not to be too hard on yourself for wanting attention. We all do. It's part of being a social animal. The only people who don't want attention are sociopaths.
