I haven't touched a beer, officially since the 3rd of September.

In the past month, I've had a total of 6 glasses of wine. Me and my serioso have shared a bottle of wine on a few Saturday afternoons and I've limited myself to two drinks each time. Just enough to feel nice as such. I haven't been out in a social situation yet, but with the silly season approaching, there will be couple of functions I'll be putting an appearence in at. That'll be the real test.

So, I'm at peace with myself for now. And I'm much less cunty.

Get help. If you're worried you won't be able to do it on your own, don't. Go to AA or search out a less preachy org to help you. Tell your friends and family that you've made this decision, and why so no one gives you the stupid "aw come on ya pansy" bullshit, so they can support you and help you and praise you when you stay sober.
