I'm retarded

Hey guys. This thread may not belong here or may have been discussed elsewhere but as the topic suggests, I'm retarded when it comes to this stuff. Long story short my wife and I are spitting up and I need to get music from our PC to my laptop. Some of it i can move myself easily as it wasn't created in itunes but other stuff, (the stuff we paid for in itunes) i have no clue how to transfer. Remember I'm retarded so step by step instructions would be best...pictures would be great

Authorize that computer in iTunes and plug in your iPod would be the easiest way. If you don't have an iPod, Authorize that computer and move the files from the iTunes folder in My Music on CD/DVDs.
