I'm sorry to hear that, I hope that whatever happens it is in the best for you both.

I applaud you, Sparrow. I can't express condolences or be sad; you're going for what you want and that's what I want for you, too. You closed a good book when it stopped being good and you stepped away from it with your characteristic class.

Don't worry about falling on your face; I'd say there'd be a thousand hands to help you up, but there's no shortage of people who'd catch you first.

So consider this a bittersweetly-proud face and a salute from shore to your new adventure into uncharted seas.

I don't want to hijack the thread, but is that really the case? Has anyone remained friends with an ex wife/husband?

We will eventually lose touch. That's just the kind of man he is. But, our being in agreement has allowed us to support and comfort each other as we say goodbye. He's a good man; the best. It's an absolute shame and a bone crushing disappointment it doesn't jive.

Miss Sparrow, I went through the same thing last October. If I can make it through, there is no doubt in my mind that you can. Ending my marriage was the best thing I ever did, and though it was hard at first, I do not and will never regret the decision. Good luck! <3

Thats a shame to hear missy. I'm sure after a week of continuous ice cream binging, you'll pull up those socks, style your hair like a cute southern bell and hit those streets on the prowl with no problem.

For you. From here.

-Peace, Love and KATG

It is designed to make us think in millions,
billions, to make us run out of numbers and collapse
into infinity, but perhaps the answer is simply one:
one female angel dancing alone in her stocking feet,
a small jazz combo working in the background.

She sways like a branch in the wind, her beautiful
eyes closed, and the tall thin bassist leans over
to glance at his watch because she has been dancing
forever, and now it is very late, even for musicians.

I know we don't really know one another but I just want to offer my sympathies and support. I know heartbreak can be devastating, but time really does heal all. My advice is avoid the radio (there are too many sappy songs on there) and go to some shows with your gfs and have as many drinks as you want!! You seem hella cool and I'm sure some great guy will come along and sweep you off your feet when the time is right! Best of luck.

Happy thoughts, and wishing you strength, and strong-will! I know you've got all of them, pretty lady.

Immerse yourself in the woods, and find your equilibrium. [=
