I owe it all to KATG

Keith does discovery parties all the time, and I think they are a lot of fun. Bands I had never heard full catalogs of are great because they either show ascention into greatness or decline into shit. However, I think there are a lot of things I would not have discovered had it not been for KATG. For me, it's Her and Kings County, Brother Love, Jesse Joyce, Christian Finnegan (new favorite stand-up acts), and Ben Lehrman.

What are some of the things that you can thank Keith and the Girl for introducing you to?

I dunno, I'm sure there are quite a few things I heard about first on KATG or that thanks to Keith, Chemda, or one of their guests I decided to look into..

like Netflix...which rocks, or GoogleWave which is meh, I'm sure I've seen a few movies and things, but I don't really remember particulars.

How to be a grown up. Keith summed it up nicely: "Don't be an asshole"

Besides one of the most warm and awesomely messed up community ever? And the fact that i can actually grow to love people i never met as much as actual friends?

A good number of comedians, shows and points of view i never thought about.

And i owe a good percentage of my mental health to these two, their show and the KATG community. I would have relapsed into depression or hurt myself badly a thousand times if it wasnt for the show and the listeners. Theres no amount of donations high enough i can give to repay them for that.

They got me through a massive depression where I was alone for an entire summer, people from the forums helped convince me to go back to high school, and I think the most important thing ever

Always giving me something to laugh about. Always.

Cant even begin to say everything. They got me out of a shitty relationship and have helped me grow up way more then my parents ever have. I have also been able to travel all over. I would never have been able to do this without KATG. This has changed my life in such a huge way. Tanks KATG
