Hey KATG gang - I wanted to let you all know about my new venture Informal University . We're opening registration for classes today and, while we don't have online courses yet, we will be offering those in the near future.

I'd like to thank Keith and Chemda specifically, their venture into podcasting and ability to build a business model was no small amount of inspiration when we were deciding to start this school. At some point, we figured, you just have to jump and try something that you are passionate about.

Feel free to email me personally if you have suggestions or questions. Let me know if you make a donation (tax deductible) or register for a class because you saw this on KATG and I'll make a personal donation back to KATG/donate for every dollar that comes my way.

Let me know if you're in New England and would like to teach a class too. We're evolving even as we speak!

Kudo's for taking a chance on this business venture!

A topic that I don't see here is something on Personal Finance & Investing. So many people that I talk to have absolutely no idea about money, debt, saving, or how to invest. That'd probably be a good course to add into the mix at some point if you can find someone to teach it for a reasonable price.
