Winterboard made my iphone sluggish, has it improved at all?

I had my iPod Touch jailbroken for a while mostly for live scrobbing to last.fm, but both apps were as buggy as shit. I'm looking forward to iPhone software 3.0 though. Wednesday and we'll see it all.
