So, I made this a while back and keep on forgetting to post it.

KATG Feedback Generator

Basically, you just fill in the gaps, click "Send Feedback" and provided Keith and Chemda's spam filter doesn't start junking it, your letter will be whisked away to them with all of the appropriate information needed for Keith to see if your letter is worth his time.

Wow, that's intense - Good work! Maybe if it gets sent through email system rather than feedback, there can be a spot to attach files/pics

nice concept. FYI, you can disable the autofill tags by adding disabled="true" in HTML, so there won't be a need for the alerts.

wow this is so fucking cool. i love the ui.

- the things i'm not supposed to click on should be a different shade/colour or something so i don't keep making the same mistake, and maybe instead of an alert box there's just a warning at the top "blue fields will be generated for you" or something.

- why is boob size so specific but dick size is not.

- i agree with slam_858 that it should be an email contact form rather than feedback.

- maybe have a second div below the form that shows a preview as i fill stuff in. with options to send, send with my own email client, or copy to clipboard.

- "i'd like to ask the following" should be non-specific to questions, some people write in just to tell a story.

ok but i'm a bit of a detail oriented person...

it faces a canal and it is hard to get a photo that shows all of it without using a wide angle lens.. The other alternative is to take a photo from a boat on the canal.

After purchasing their tickets, visitors step inside the reception area in the new modern building at "267 Prinsengracht" where there is an information booth. Just inside the door there is a wooden scale model, which resembles a large doll's house. From the model, visitors learn for the first time about the steep stairs up to the third floor of the annex, which appear, in the model, to be steeper than a ladder.

At the end of the tour, visitors return to this same room. The tour proceeds along a prescribed route, going in one of two directions, which is through a door in the "267 Prinsengracht" building into the house next door at "265 Prinsengracht".

The rear windows on the ground floor of the annex look into a sort of lean-to or shed which is built onto the back of the annex. There is a door from the spice grinding room into this shed and an exit door from the shed which opens to a small walled garden, which Anne referred to in her diary as the "veranda."

The walled garden is in the open space in the middle of the block, which is enclosed by houses on all four sides. The house at "No. 10 Westerkerk", which has since been torn down, had a view of the rear windows in the annex at "No. 263 Prinsengracht".

From the front warehouse, visitors go through a door into a cozy vestibule and then up the steep staircase to the first floor of the main building. (Americans would call this the second floor.) The tour proceeds through a private office on the first floor in the annex, which is connected to the front part of the building by a hallway. At the end of the hallway, there are three steps up to the room in the annex.

so.. if there could just be an option for that it'd be awesome.
